Low - A Lifetime Of Temporary Relief (2004)

Low. Boss man always talks about how, when he'd get too high to handle, he'd always use Low to bring him softly back to Earth. Yeah, that's about right. They're not necessarily depressing, though these songs can fit that mood, it's like something between the noise rock of Sonic Youth and the ambient scenery of Brian Eno. This particular set contains 3 discs of b-sides, live recordings, and cover songs (of note, Journey and The Beach Boys). Haven't seen this bandied about the internet much. Bit rate is 256, so, yeah, it's going to take 6 downloads to get it all, but it will be worth yr while. Promise.
